Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt’s “Hit List”

 

URGENT: PLEASE RESCUE US FROM DEATH AT THE HANDS OF SHAWANO MAYOR LORNA MARQUARDT AND HER “HIT MEN”, THE SWAT TEAM.  DEADLY PLANS ARE IN PROGRESS FOR OUR DEMISE.

As you all are likely aware, it has been more than a year since Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt initially started the security scam alert.  All this time, I have been silent and given the City of Shawano and perfidious Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt, time to retreat from their scam with self-respect.  Since that has not happened and the Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt has chosen to promulgate the lie of the century more vehemently and vociferously, I am compelled to expose her plot in order to hopefully prevent murder of many innocent people’s lives including my own.  In order to understand the “hit list scandal” in perspective, I need to give a little bit of background.

I am the CEO and in-house counsel for a 501(c)(3), the Dr. R.C. Samanta Roy Institute of Science & Technology, Inc., hereinafter (“SIST”), non-profit organization headquartered in the small northern Wisconsin city of Shawano.  For fund raising, SIST owns and operates a number of businesses and properties in the Midwest, primarily in Shawano, Wisconsin.  Customer service has always been our first priority.  As we have grown, we have purchased a number of assets and businesses and would be extremely welcomed in any other community.  In Shawano, Wisconsin however, even though we have brought millions of dollars to the community, we have not been embraced. Over the years many indecent acts, both violent and non-violent, have been taken against our businesses and anyone associated with them due to the racial and religious background of the President of SIST.

In specific, since Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt took office, we have been approached by a number of people, some of which were Shawano City officials and some were even Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt’s right-hand people, who demanded that we sell our assets and leave Shawano.  A prominent businessman in Shawano told us that the City of Shawano, Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt, and her church were not going to change their racial views towards SIST and its President.  We were told that if we did not leave, then the City of Shawano would do whatever it needed to do to get rid of us.  To that end, throughout the years Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt has come up with scheme after scheme in an attempt to destroy our business operations and bring about the demise of SIST’s Indian President.  Throughout the years, we have uncovered countless plots to destroy us.  While we have been wounded by these ploys many times, at least we have managed to survive.

In October of 2007, a number of SIST board members, myself included, received anonymous calls telling us to disassociate with SIST and its President.  We were given a morbid warning that we would be burnt to death if we did not comply.  A number of people also came to tell us that they overheard various City of Shawano officials boasting in local bars and taverns that they had thought of a way to eliminate SIST’s President and SIST personnel within one year.  Throughout that period of time we continued our attempt to operate the businesses, conduct business affairs, and stave off the constant attacks by Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt.  Unbeknownst to SIST, one of the people Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt and fellow henchmen were meeting with was a Canadian individual, named Robert Cameron, who had been selected as their latest “hit man”.  Not surprisingly, Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt’s “hit list” scandal surfaced one year later; the “Final Solution” for the demise of SIST and its “subhuman Indian” President.

In October of 2008, Robert Cameron came to SIST under the guise of wanting to be hired as a promoter for USA International Raceway, hereinafter (“USAIR”), owned by an SIST affiliate.  By way of background, the racetrack is the pride and glory of Shawano, putting Shawano on the map internationally, and bringing millions of dollars in revenue to the City every year.  Personally, Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt has been against USAIR even before its construction.  In fact, Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt was invited by SIST personnel to cut the ribbon at the grand-opening of USAIR and she accepted the invitation.  However, true to her character of trying to do as much damage as possible to SIST businesses, as thousands of people were waiting for the ribbon to be cut, Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt failed to show up or even tell us that she was not coming.  USAIR had to quickly find someone to take her place. Due to its fame and the amount of revenue that USAIR brings to Shawano, Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt has always been afraid that people in the community might start to empathize and support SIST and the “Indian” so she has always fought forcefully against this business.  Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt has come up with incredible schemes to shut the race track down, scare customers away, make life miserable, and pass laws and ordinances to prevent racers from attending.

Cameron came to SIST in disguise, but in actuality Cameron had been set up by Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt to assist her in carrying out her treasonous scheme which included capturing the prized racetrack, eradicating SIST’s President and other SIST personnel, and razing SIST’s headquarters.  To further entice SIST to accept his racetrack promoter ploy, Cameron offered to lend SIST $10 million against the racetrack.  Cameron proposed that SIST would pay him a one-time fee of $250,000 to hire him as a promoter for the racetrack.  Of that $250,000 fee, $175,000 had to be paid up-front to allow Cameron and his staff to relocate to the United States to begin their work; the balance of the $250,000 would be paid at the end of the year.  Cameron also proposed that he would lend SIST $10 million against its racetrack if and only if we agreed to hire him as a racetrack promoter.  The loan papers, business agreement, and other documents were worked out in exhaustive detail.

Eventually, SIST agreed to hire Cameron as a racetrack promoter and entered into the loan transaction.  SIST wired the $175,000 to Cameron on October 28, 2008. Cameron acknowledged receipt of the same on October 31, 2008; SIST’s $10 million was to have been wired on November 1, 2008. Instead, after scam artist Cameron took the $175,000, he informed SIST that he was a hired gun for Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt, Shawano Police Chief Ed Whealon, and the FBI to rob SIST and steal its $10 million racetrack.  He also told us to go into hiding and promptly thereafter, Cameron disappeared.

All of a sudden, metal detectors were clanking throughout City Hall where Lorna Marquardt’s throne is exulted.  Boorish Shawano law enforcement officials polished their clodhoppers, scrubbed the years of grit from beneath their fingernails, and loaded on the grease to smooth their dirty, disheveled hair.  Security hand wands came into Shawano by the truckload as the boorish, illiterate, cowhand officers tried to understand how to use the simple wand.  It was a comical sight indeed to see Shawano law enforcement officers thrust out their chests and strut around the manure-covered town of Shawano with a new aura of importance.  Their mission was to cover up Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt’s criminal acts and put on a good show for the world to see how awful SIST personnel are.  We had no idea why everyone in the town was behaving so strangely; we now know that it was all part of Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt’s plan to lay the groundwork for our murders.  This was a major step to bring Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt’s plans for the annihilation and extermination of SIST and the “Indian” closer to fruition.  Just like Hitler, Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt knew that propaganda is more deadly than poison.

Ironically, Cameron resurfaced at one of SIST’s businesses on the evening of Tuesday, November 11, 2008. Cameron informed SIST that he had been meeting with Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt, Shawano City Administrator Jim Stadler, Shawano Police Chief Ed Whealon, and other city officials for over a year to plan the deadly swindle. When Cameron was asked if he was going to return the $175,000, he said certainly not. Cameron indicated that the money had already been distributed between Shawano City officials and the FBI and that he only had only a small portion left for himself.  At that time, we had no idea that being swindled out of $175,000 was just the beginning of our journey through hell.

The following day, Wednesday, November 12, 2008, Shawano City officials alerted the world of their seditious terror and instituted a security alert in the City of Shawano.  They claimed that the lives of sixty people had been threatened and that SIST was the suspect.  Since the media was in their pockets, ready to show their bigotry at every chance they got, within minutes, the City was able to spread this venomous lie across the country and start a baseless, treasonous national security alert against SIST.  This is comparable to the blood libel story promulgated by the founders of Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt’s religion that Jews kill Christian children and use their blood to make matzo for Passover.  Just as her ancestor Hitler used the media against the Jews, Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt has been using the media to saturate the area with so much negative propaganda against our President, personnel and businesses, that no one will question anything if Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt decides to kill us, ransack our businesses, or destroy our property.

At that point we began to realize the enormity of the City’s evil plans and realized that death was near at hand. Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt put her own grandson and son-in-law into law enforcement positions in Shawano.  In fact, Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt set up her grandson and son-in-law as the head of the swat team.  Swat teams were training in Wausau, Wisconsin, and we were told that the City intended to storm SIST headquarters.  On the evening of November 13, 2008, I gave a Press Release which exposed the conduct of the City.  Not surprisingly, the following morning, November 14, 2008, I was arrested while I was at a court appearance in Shawano City Hall on some bogus citations issued at Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt’s direction.

Approximately two weeks later, we began receiving text, email, and voicemail messages from Cameron making death threats on the lives of SIST personnel if we did not work out a deal with him quickly.  We were afraid for our lives and had no interest in having any further contact with him.  As the FBI was involved in this set-up, we had no one we could turn to for assistance.  Apparently, Cameron was looking for was for SIST to give him title to the racetrack or  else he was going to go on public television and say that he had been given the $175,000 to hire him as a “hit man”.  Needless to say, SIST did not give in to Cameron’s blackmail and refused to have  any further contact with him.

Through craftiness Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt inherited from her forefathers who did heinous things to the Jews in time past, Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt quickly fabricated a story to defend herself which she decided to propagate through Cameron’s mouth.  Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt called upon one of her religiously connected friends, Mikel Lauber, reporter for Channel 7 out of Wausau, Wisconsin, a CBS affiliate who she had used extensively to blast her racial hatred and discrimination against this Indian man and his businesses.  In fact, early in Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt career, she had called upon demons that helped her ancestor Hitler.  Within minutes, Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt had an epiphany which told her that to be successful in any evil deed she needed to call upon the media.

Shortly thereafter, Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt called upon Mikel Lauber once again.  Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt and Mikel Lauber selected Syrian-born Armen Keteyian as the right person to vilify and pillory SIST and the “Indian man” because he and his family are known for their Anti-Semitic behavior.  Throughout his career, Armen Keteyian has proudly expressed his Anti-Semitism.  Mikel Lauber and Armen Keteyian joined together to do a national story about Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt’s fabricated hit list in hopes of giving her lie more legitimacy, hiding Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt’s criminal activities, and thus bringing about the demise of SIST personnel more expediently.  In the CBS national program, as Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt directed, Cameron claimed that actually SIST paid him $175,000 to kill sixty people in Shawano.  As a result of that monstrous lie, SIST and its personnel have suffered tremendously.

Thereafter, inspired by Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt, Mikel Lauber, and Armen Keteyian, other media venues have picked up the CBS story orchestrated by Lorna Marquardt.  Those media outlets now assert the unconscionable allegation that I as CEO and in-house counsel for SIST was engaging in “murder-for-hire”.  Since then, the local media have aired program after program regarding this “hit list” and have continued to propagate Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt’s hit list scandal.

Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt and her constables, created a “hit list”, stole our money, and then started deadly propaganda to cover up their crimes which they intend to propagate until they have been successful in bringing about our demise.  Can you imagine?  If I were not in the middle of this nightmare, I would find it hard to believe.  In this day and age of globalism, where everyone in the world feels they belong to the same community, Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt, other Shawano City officials, and their church do not share this sentiment. They are so bigoted that they refuse to accept that anyone with a different race or religion from them is even human.  Every day I wake hoping that things will be different; unfortunately, it has only gotten worse.

To conceal their dirty deeds, Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt and the Shawano Police Department have incessantly gone to multiple local media venues to forcefully disseminate their lie that SIST threatened the lives of sixty people.  Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt and her executioners generated the list as it was part of their death sentence for SIST.  SIST and its personnel did not have any involvement in the creation of such a list.  People that have known SIST throughout the years, including many judges on Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt’s “hit list”, know that her list is a farce.  In court proceedings held in Shawano following the “hit list” scandal, two prominent male Shawano County judges openly said in court that they know SIST is not a threat to anyone and that when Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt called the secret meeting about the “hit list” they did not even bother to go.  Federal Court Judge Griesbach in Green Bay, following a similar recusal motion brought by SIST, said that “the threat does not appear genuine” and furthermore that “the FBI advised the Court that its investigation is closed, since it was unable to corroborate any of the information provided by Cameron.”  Other city officials scoffed at the security measures and directed SIST personnel around the screening checkpoints knowing it was all a hoax.

Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt and her fellow villains keep repeating their lie and have continued to publicly and heinously accuse SIST of threatening their lives and openly expressed anger that SIST personnel have not been eliminated.  They have continued to abuse the power of their offices by attempting to influence various federal law enforcement authorities to unlawfully harm SIST personnel.  They have continued to use the power of their offices in an attempt to influence the local populace into mob violence against SIST personnel and businesses.  Even today, more than one year after their initial treasonous terror scam, they have continued to force their lie on others.

Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt’s best friends and co-conspirators have openly expressed their disappointment that SIST headquarters is still standing and not burnt to the ground yet.  After the U.S. Attorney’s office announced that no charges would be brought, Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt was infuriated because now her lie was exposed; the “hit list” was a hoax she created.  Together with her media co-conspirators, Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt is openly criticizing the investigation and demanding that the file be reopened.  Who do they think they are anyway?  Such a bunch of low caliber, ignorant louts are a shameful representation of the United States to the world.

To further fan the flames of racial hatred in the community, Shawano Mayor Marquardt created a hoax email which she claimed she received from the FBI.  The email stated that the matter was still under investigation.  The email she “received” from the FBI came from an email addressed as follows: “FBI” <fd617@yahoo.com>.  We all know that the FBI does not use public Yahoo email accounts.  This demonstrates the mentality and means to which Marquardt and her agents will go to fan the flames of racial hatred and mob violence.

Just like in the days of Hitler, where negative propaganda was blasted against the Jews until the Jews were massacred and their homes and businesses looted and destroyed, at Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt’s direction, every week various local media outlets come to our business establishments and headquarters in Shawano to harass, take pictures, and propagate racial hatred.   Where are the real media that can investigate and report on matters objectively rather than just propagating Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt’s racial hatred and discrimination?  Where are the men and women of dignity and renown with genuine concern for the welfare of a fellow-human being?  The dastard media not only should be ashamed for joining Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt’s conspiracy and propagating her lie, but should also realize that doing so can jeopardize innocent people’s lives.

For the last twenty five years, the SIST headquarters building has been wrapped in tarps in an attempt to protect SIST personnel from bullets and arrows.  Seven bullets were fired at SIST headquarters.  At Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt’s direction the report of the incident was removed from the Shawano County Sheriff’s Department.  Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt sent her agents to blow up a bomb at SIST headquarters, shoot arrows through windows, throw beer bottles, eggs, and tomatoes, make death threats, and break our windows.  Dozens of times each day, Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt directs her emissaries to drive by SIST’s headquarters screaming obscene epithets.  It’s an ignominy and a disgrace that in this so-called democratic society people can’t even enjoy the daylight but have to work inside a building wrapped in tarps so as not to be killed.

Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt sends her thugs to vandalize, pillage, and destroy our business properties.  Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt sends her agents on a regular basis to get fuel and drive-off from our gas stations.  When we call the police, Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt sends her grandson.  He does nothing and just retorts that the person who drove-off was in a hurry and was too scared to come in to pay.  So, of course, nothing can be done.

Today, we were informed that Shawano City officials, headed by Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt, are intending to start another scandal regarding the “hit list”.  We were informed that the SWAT teams are moving into Shawano to storm SIST headquarters.  Guards will be posted in front of SIST headquarters to monitor the movements of SIST personnel.  Other guards will be posted in front of the homes of certain individuals who were allegedly on the “hit list” to persuade the public that SIST is a serious security risk and to rouse and enflame the public. 

The actions of Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt remind me of the Hitler era where Hitler planned with the church to kill millions of innocent people.  Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt and her church are doing nothing but repeating the same atrocious history we have seen and heard in time past.  We have grave concerns for our safety.  I am deathly afraid that myself and other SIST personnel will be murdered in the near future unless someone moves in to rescue us.  Where can we go from here? In the nearly last decade that I have been in-house counsel for this company, my experience in Shawano has proven to me that justice and democracy are nothing but a farce.  Please help before it is too late.

Someone desperately needs to warn the world of Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt’s deadly religion.  No one in the world needs this dirty religion; its hands are dripping with the blood of the innocent.  No religion on the face of the earth has committed so much evil as Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt’s religion.  Its history is one of murder, torture, deceit, power, and control.  Its motto is be converted or be killed.  Since we have refused to be converted, we are on death row.

We urge you to contact President Obama’s office and ask him to send a team of investigators to Shawano, Wisconsin to investigate the illegal activities of Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt that have been occurring for decades.  Perhaps then the reign of terror instigated by Shawano Mayor Lorna Marquardt’s Republican administration will come to an end.  People in the world community will see that the Democratic President Obama’s administration cannot tolerate racial and religious discrimination against “minorities” and will finally close the chapter on the long history of racially motivated hate crimes and violence against this man from India in Shawano.
