The people have spoken in Wisconsin, or maybe it’s just the money? The build up to yesterday’s recall election in Wisconsin was monumental, but many blame the victory of incumbent Gov. Scott Walker on outside money that flooded the governor’s campaign efforts. Walker raised approximately $30 million in funds and many of his opponents are in disbelief after Democrat challenger Tom Barrett lost the recall. So what do the results mean for America?
