Racial Discrimination, Corruption in Minnesota Bankruptcy Court

I am the President of Yehud-Monosson USA, Inc.  I am also CEO for the parent company of Yehud-Monosson USA, Inc., the Dr. R.C. Samanta Roy Institute of Science & Technology, Inc. hereinafter (SIST).  SIST is a 501(c)(3) educational institution founded by a businessman from India.  SIST and its personnel have faced severe racial discrimination because its founder is a businessman originally from India.  As a result of the race of its founder, SIST, its affiliates, and its personnel have been targeted and victimized.

In March of 2011, Yehud-Monosson USA, Inc. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization.  From its inception, the case has been a travesty of justice due to all parties involved. For those of you that haven’t heard or been following the latest developments in the long saga of racial discrimination in Minnesota, on Thursday, December 08, 2011, Bankruptcy Judge Nancy Dreher, issued an illegal order for my arrest and detention.

This warrant originated with a motion by the Chapter 7 Trustee Nauni Manty to find me in contempt for failing to produce insurance policies and the address for someone unrelated to the case. Pursuant to a conspiratorial order entered earlier in the case, I had been ordered to produce all the records of the Debtor. In compliance with the order, I produced all documents in this Debtor’s files which included all records relating to income, expense, and insurance of this Debtor.  With respect to insurance, Debtor produced the policy numbers, applications, endorsements, invoices, checks, and the agent’s name, address, and phone number.  Debtor has no other documentation with respect to insurance coverage.  If Chapter 7 Trustee Nauni Manty desires something further, she has all the information she needs to contact the agent and/or the insurance companies.

With respect to the address, the address is a matter of public record which is easily obtainable.  In fact, Chapter 7 Trustee Nauni Manty has this address.  But due to their common conspiracy to harm me for exposing their illegal and covert activities, Nauni Manty has determined to lie to the Court repeatedly by alleging that I am in contempt for not having produced these items, so she can do her part to fulfill their common agenda.  Based upon these lies, Nancy Dreher has done her part to fulfill their mission of harming me, as Nancy Dreher has avariciously swallowed Nauni Manty’s lies, held a secret preplanned hearing to find me in contempt by default, and now finally issued a warrant for my arrest.

I just want the public to know the racial discrimination corruption in Minnesota Bankruptcy Court.  In the United States, you do not have to commit a crime to be guilty. The color of your skin is enough.

We are sending our Senators and Congressmen all over the world to investigate people, countries, alleged human rights abuses and to bring justice.  When are we going to do it at home?  Let the Senators, Congressmen, and important local citizens form an organization to investigate the Minnesota Bankruptcy Court and the entire bankruptcy file.  I WILL BE REQUESTING THE INDIAN PARLIAMENT TO SEND ITS TEAM OF INVESTIGATORS TO DO AN INVESTIGATION OF MINNESOTA AND WISCONSIN WHICH ARE THE CENTERS FOR RACIAL DISCRIMINATION AGAINST THE INDIAN MAN AND HIS COMPANIES.  Should you desire to join the campaign to end racial discrimination, please contact the International Agency for Freedom and Justice for the Minority at iaffjfm@gmail.com.
